Why are featured reviews not pinned at the top of the review page when first displaying the review page?

No, you can only call the API to get the Reviews based on the Company / Location ID... Your developer needs a field in the database to store your ReputationCRM Company / Location ID for each "product"...

It is not possible to create companies via the API, only Reputation Builder and Reputation control (Reviews) can be controlled and managed via the API....
