Commenting on any review is quick and easy! We even have a way to save you time by adding a comment button that will lead you to comment on any external review site. Here is the complete tutorial:

To respond to a review, click the Reputation Control option of the Main menu:




Locate the review in the datatable and click the Comment on the Platform button:




In the pop-up window, type in your response.
Click the Save button to record your comment.




You can view if one or more comments have been submitted on a review by checking the number next to the comment icon:




and if you click the comment icon, you can view the comment(s):




When a new comment is submitted, the platform sends an email to the reviewer:




and on the Review Page, the comment gets displayed like this:




TIP: SAVE TIME BY QUICKLY COMMENTING ON ANY EXTERNAL REVIEW SITE

The platform can help save time when commenting on external review sites (Facebook, Google, Yellow Pages or any other review sites).
When setting up a Review Site on the Company / Location, if you enter the Back-end URL to the page where comments are made, the platform will display a second Comment button below the Comment on the Platform button...




... and here is how the second button gets displayed. When clicked, it will lead directly to the back-end URL on the External Review Site: a real time-saver when a Company / Location has listings on many review sites!
